Coach-led classes, McLean VA
Every class at BFT is led by a coach whose job it is to watch and correct your form. They demo the movement, watch you do it, and tell you what to change while you are still in it.

You cannot see your own form. That is why the coach is in the room. They demo the movement, watch you do it, and tell you what to change while you are still in it. You are never the one left deciding whether you got it right.
You don't want to think about the workout. You want to be told what to do when you get there. Someone else builds the session, and your coach takes the room through it movement by movement, so you are not working it out in the middle of the floor.
You kept putting off class, because if you could not get there four times, it felt like there was no point. Our coaches check in and hold you accountable.
Working out alone is what kept failing. The workout was never the problem. Here you train on a set schedule, with a coach who learns your name and a class you are expected at. This was missing.
You want somebody to notice when you are not there. When you miss a week, someone asks where you were.
Your coach starts you at a weight you can hold, and adds more once the movement is yours. We help you find your routine again, and your strength comes back fast.
Three classes, and two things that come with them.

It is easy to say a class is coached. This is what it means at BFT.
That is the one thing you cannot check yourself, and it is the reason there is a coach on the floor. They watch you do the movement and tell you what to change while you are still in it. You do not have to spot it on your own.
You can, and plenty of people do. BFT adds the programming, a set time you are expected at, and a coach whose attention is on your movement. If the plan is the thing you trust, the accountability is usually the piece thats missing.
It's like having a personal trainer, minus the cost. You train in a group class with a coach leading it. The parts that feel like personal training are the parts you keep: somebody demos the movement for you, watches you do it, and tells you what to change while you are in it.
At the beginning, which is where everybody starts here. Your first visit opens with a tour of the studio and a conversation with a coach, then a weight you can hold today. Low weights are the normal version of a first class, not a mark against you.
50 minutes, start to finish. Classes run on a set schedule, so you know when you are in and when you are done.
